When calling the Channel Number, you hear an error message that says, "The number you reached is not activated. Please try again later."
- Virtual Contact Center admins
- VCC Configuration Manager
Log into the VCC Configuration Manager and do the following:
- Go to the Channels menu.
- Edit the Channel Number that is not working.
- Select checkbox: This channel is enabled.
- Save changes.
The Channel Number was previously deactivated or disabled.
