How To Forward Calls Within Virtual Contact Center

Objective

To forward calls from a queue within Virtual Contact Center (VCC).

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Configuration Manager

Procedure

Follow the steps below for Forwarding calls within a VCC queue:

  1. Log in to VCC Configuration Manager. 
  2. Click Queues/Skills
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon). 
  4. Select checkbox Transfer Incoming Calls to.
  5. Enter the phone number.
  6. Click Save.
