How to Get a Call and CRM Data Dump in 8x8 Contact Center

Objective

How to get data dump for call data and 8x8 Contact Center CRM data.

Procedure

Call Data

For call data, use the 8x8 Contact Center Agent reports. 

  1. Log in to Contact Center.
  2. Click Menu.
  3. Select Reports.
  4. Under Agents, select Detailed Outbound call activity. 

CRM Data 

  1. Log in to Contact Center
  2. Click Menu.
  3. Click CRM. 
  4. Select Report
  5. Click New Report to the right.  
  6. Proceed through the steps. 
  7. In step 3 there is a Download button in the lower right.

Additional Information 

 Data export must be done in limited date ranges due to the xls data format limit of about 65,536 rows.
