Procedure
Call Data
For call data, use the 8x8 Contact Center Agent reports.
- Log in to Contact Center.
- Click Menu.
- Select Reports.
- Under Agents, select Detailed Outbound call activity.
CRM Data
- Log in to Contact Center.
- Click Menu.
- Click CRM.
- Select Report.
- Click New Report to the right.
- Proceed through the steps.
- In step 3 there is a Download button in the lower right.
Additional Information
Data export must be done in limited date ranges due to the xls data format limit of about 65,536 rows.
