How to Set Up Email Notifications for Voicemail Queue
Objective
To setup email notification for voicemail queue.

- Voicemail Queue
Procedure
Email notifications can be enabled through the IVR tab or the Notification tab.
IVR
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Click Queues/Skills.
- Click Edit (pencil icon) for a voicemail queue.
- Navigate to the IVR Tab.
- Toggle the checkbox for to agent email address.
- Click Save.
Notification
- Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Click Queues/Skills.
- Click Edit (pencil icon) for a voicemail queue.
- Navigate to the Notification tab.
- Toggle the checkbox for Enabled.
- Enter the email address.
- Click Save.
