How to Add a Play Object in an 8x8 Contact Center Script

Objective

To add a play object in an 8x8 Contact Center Script.

Applies To

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • Contact Center Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Click Scripts.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon).
  4. Click the Script tab.
  5. Click add to the portion of the script that the object is needed.
  6. Select Play from the drop-down menu.

  7. Fill in the required fields:
    • Object tag
    • Audio file
    • Playback options:

  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Save.
