How to Setup a Wallboard

Objective

To setup a Wallboard. A Wallboard displays status of your Virtual Contact Center.

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Wallboards

Procedure

  1. Log into Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. In the left menu, select Wallboard.
  3. On the General tab, fill in the Name and description.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the Fields tab, select the boxes in the Assigned column for the desired data.
  6. Click Save.
  7. On the Thresholds tab, click the Edit icon (looks like a pencil) to set a sound or background colors.
  8. Click Save.
  9. On the Queues tab, select the boxes in the Assigned column for the desired queues to display in the wallboard.
  10. Click Save.
  11. On the URL tab, copy the URL. This is the URL that will display the wallboard in a browser.
