How to document the Virtual Contact Center Scripts?


To document or copy Virtual Contact Center Scripts.

  1. Log into the VCC Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Scripts, then double click on a script name.
  3. Select the Script tab.
    • If there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom edge of the browser, scroll all the way to the right.
  4. Click the download icon to the right of [View Variables] (an arrow pointing down into a tray).
    • It should prompt to Open or Save a PDF file.
  5. Click Save, and select the location you want to save the file to.
  6. To view the file you will need a PDF reader.

Additional Information

The resulting PDF file contains the Script outline as visible in VCC and the settings for each of the objects.
