To document or copy Virtual Contact Center Scripts.
Virtual Contact Center
- Log into the VCC Configuration Manager.
- Select Scripts, then double click on a script name.
- Select the Script tab.
- If there is a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom edge of the browser, scroll all the way to the right.
- Click the download icon to the right of [View Variables] (an arrow pointing down into a tray).
- It should prompt to Open or Save a PDF file.
- Click Save, and select the location you want to save the file to.
- To view the file you will need a PDF reader.
The resulting PDF file contains the Script outline as visible in VCC and the settings for each of the objects.
