Updated chat button does not show on the web page. The code has been regenerated and applied but the old button is still there.
- Virtual Contact Center
- Log in to Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Click Scripts.
- Click Edit (pencil icon).
- Edit the script to point to the new chat button.
- Re-generate the code snippet.
- Upload the new code snippet to your website.
The chat script is still pointing to the old chat button.
