Outbound Calls From VCC Are Showing As Anonymous.
VCC agents making outbound calls or callbacks from the Agent GUI.
Follow these steps to update the outbound Caller ID in VCC:
1. Log into VCC Configuration Manager.
2. Go to Outbound Phone Codes Menu.
3. Edit the intended Phone Code.
4. Select Codes tab.
5. Select Calling Line Identifier.
6. Select desired number from list.
7. Save changes.
Anonymous is set for the Calling Line Identifier
