SSL Connection Not Established for Core FTP

Symptom

8x8 Contact Center Admin is getting an "SSL Connection Not Established" when attempting to connect to Core FTP.

• Core FTP 

Resolution

Set the outbound ports on the firewall to the IP address of 8x8's FTP server (vcc-ftps-us2.8x8.com):
- TCP: 21 (FTP)
- TCP: 30000-30999

Cause

The internal network is not configured correctly for FTP connections.

Additional Information

Confirm that the most recent version of Core FTP (minimum supported version 2.2 (LE and Pro Versions)) is installed.
