How to turn on Virtual Contact Center call recording for Outbound calls.

Set each user's Automatic Calls Recordings to 100% for Outbound Calls.
- Log into Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.
- Select Users, the User List is displayed.
- Double click the user's name, Edit User is displayed.
- Select the Phone tab.
- Look for the section Automatic Call Recordings.
- Enter 100% in the box for Outbound Calls.
- Click Save.
