The admin is able to see emails received in the inbox on their server.
The VCC Agent Console shows zero received emails, the agent is in Available status and unable to receive emails.
VCC Email Channel.
Re-save the impacted VCC Email Channel:
- Log into VCC Configuration Manager.
- Select Channels from left-hand Menu.
- Edit the impacted VCC Email Channel.
- From Channel Properties, select 'Save' button.
- Have VCC Agent confirm if email is received in the VCC Agent Console.
If re-saving the Email Channel does not resolve the issue, then submit a case with 8x8 Support.
