Wallboard Accepted Today Is Missing Some Transactions

Question 

The Wallboard is showing zero (0) voicemail transactions in the Accepted Today column. However the Queues: Accepted transactions report shows two (2) voicemail transactions in the Grand Totals for the # accepted column today.

Answer

Run the Detailed Transactions Activity report for today's and yesterday's date, look for the rows for Media = Voicemail.

Notice at the end of yesterday there are records with the Create time with yesterday's date and the Accept time has today's date. Because these transactions were created the previous day they are not counted in the Wallboard today. Wallboard only displays data for today only.
