Wallboard Is Not Visible


The Wallboard dialog does not display in the main area where the Wallboard should be.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center, Configuration Manager


Log out of Virtual Contact Center Agent. Then log into VCC Configuration Manager.

Alternatively, log into VCC Configuration Manager in a different brand of browser, example Chrome for VCC Agent, and Firefox for VCC Configuration Manager.
