My wallboard numbers stuck.
I have locations in different regions of the United States.
In the wallboard for the Eastern time zone, Entered, Abandoned, and Accepted numbers are stuck on the numbers from a previous date.
The agent status and other data are up-to-date as expected.
If I change the time zone of the wallboard to the Pacific time zone, the Entered, Abandoned, and Accepted numbers are correct.
