To add a company logo to Virtual Contact Center wallboards.
- Virtual Contact Centre
- Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager
- Log in to Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager as an administrator.
- Click Home.
- Click Profile.
- Navigate to Tenant - Logo.
- Click Choose Files to upload the logo.
- Click Save.
Wallboards will now show the selected logo in the top left-hand corner.
The logo must be in image format (JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP) with a file size of less than 1MB. It cannot exceed 325 (W) x 65 (H) pixels.
