How do I add a logo to my Virtual Contact Center wallboards?

Objective

To add a company logo to Virtual Contact Center wallboards.

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Centre 
  • Wallboards
  • Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager

Procedure

  1. Log in to Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager as an administrator.
  2. Click Home.
  3. Click Profile.
  4. Navigate to Tenant - Logo.
  5. Click Choose Files to upload the logo.

  6. Click Save.

Wallboards will now show the selected logo in the top left-hand corner.

Additional Information

The logo must be in image format (JPG, PNG, GIF or BMP) with a file size of less than 1MB. It cannot exceed 325 (W) x 65 (H) pixels.
