How to Create a Virtual Contact Center Schedule

To create a Virtual Contact Center Schedule.

Procedure
- Log in to VCC Configuration Manager.
- Click Home.
- Select the Schedules tab.
- Click Add Schedule.
- Enter business hours.
- Click Save.
