How to Turn On Call Recording for Outbound Calls

Objective

To turn on Virtual Contact Center Call Recording for Outbound Calls.

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Automatic Call Recording

Procedure

Set each user's Automatic Call Recordings to 100% for Outbound Calls.

  1. Log in to Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.
  2. Select Agents.
  3. Click Edit (pencil icon). 
  4. Select the Phone tab.
  5. Under Automatic Call Recordings, enter 100% in the box for Outbound Calls.

  6. Click Save.
