Insufficient Privileges to Save Task In Virtual Contact Center

Symptom

Virtual Contact Center (VCC) agent is getting an error when attempting to save a task in local VCC CRM:

"Insufficient privileges to perform the operation."

Resolution

Enable the agent/user for Edit in CRM & Tab permissions within their profile in VCC Configuration Manager.

Cause

The agent is not enabled with Edit permissions in their VCC profile.
