Number Not Activating in Virtual Contact Center


When trying to use a new number for Virtual Contact Center, the message: "...number is not activated" appears.

The number is for Virtual Contact Center and is available in Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager Channels.

Enable the channel for the number.

  1. Log into Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager
  2. Click Channels.
  3. Click Edit (pencil).
  4. Toggle This channel is enabled.

  5. Click Save.


The channel is not enabled in Virtual Contact Center Configuration Manager.
