After running a Business Intelligence report all of the following measures are blank:
- Total Entered
- Total Abandoned
- Total Accepted
- Accepted %
- Queue SLA %
- Virtual Contact Center
- Business Intelligence reports
This is normal behavior.
Dates with no data are days that no calls came in and no calls were made.
Business Intelligence reports depend on call data. If there are no calls on a date, there is no data to return to the report, and no numerical data can be displayed or calculated.
