The Wallboard shows zero voicemail transactions in the Accepted Today column. However the Queues: Accepted transactions report shows two voicemail transactions in the Grand Totals for the # accepted column today.

Run the Detailed Transactions Activity report for today's and yesterday's date and look under the Media row for Voicemail.
Notice at the end of yesterday there are records with the Create time with yesterday's date and the Accept time with today's date. Because these transactions were created the previous day, they are not counted in the Wallboard today.
Transactions created in the previous day are not counted in the following day's wallboard.
