How to transfer calls into an 8x8 Contact Center Queue.

Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace.
- While on a call, Click the Transfer button.
- Click on Queues, Select the Queue you want to transfer the call to and click Transfer.
Additional Information
- Agents can only Blind Transfer a call to a queue within Agent Workspace.
- You can only transfer to queues that have agents logged into them.
