Why do I keep getting error " The single sign on failed. If problem persists, please contact your administrator for further assistance" when I try to log in to VCC Agent?

As a common practice, when Superuser accounts are created during the implementation process, they are not granted access to VCC AGUI. They will see the VCC Agent tab in their SSO log in, but the error below will show up.
If Superusers wish to have access to the Agent Console, a 2nd user needs to be created and configured as Agent and Supervisor.
The error above might show up for various other reasons. If the scenario above does not apply to your situation, please open a support ticket and escalate further.
