A New Queue Is Not In Business Intelligence Dashboard

Symptom

You have an existing Business Intelligence, Queue Dashboard that shows data for certain queues.

In VCC Configuration Manager you have setup a new queue, and it is being used.  But this new queue is not showing in the Queue Dashboard.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center Agent console Business Intelligence dashboard.

Resolution

Edit the Dashboard filters and select the queue box.

Cause

The new queue is not selected in the Queue Dashboard filter.
