Accessing Virtual Contact Center Login Recovery

Objective

Logging in to the Virtual Contact Center Agent Console when Single-Sign On (SSO) or Unified Login is unavailable.

  • Virtual Contact Center Agent Console (AGUI)

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the VCC Login Recovery page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your VCC agent account.
  3. Click Submit. If the email address you have entered is a unique email address and is associated with your VCC agent account, you will receive an email with a link to log in to the VCC Agent Console. Note: This link is valid for 10 minutes.
  4. Click the link provided in the email to log in to the Agent Console.

Additional Information

Virtual Contact Center Login Recovery is available to Virtual Contact Center agents and supervisors who use 8x8 Unified login to log into the Agent Console (AGUI) application. 8x8 Virtual Contact Center Login Recovery is not available to VCC administrators using the Configuration Manager application. If you are interested in enabling this service, contact 8x8 Technical Support.
