Agent Post Notice For All Agents

Objective

I want an agent to be able to post Notices for all other agents.

Applies To

Virtual Contact Center Agent Console.  Settings in VCC Configuration Manager.

Procedure

  • Agents can only post notices for the Agent Group that agent belongs to.
  • An agent who is a Supervisor Agent, can post notices to all the Agent Groups they are assigned to.
