How do I change the date format for 8x8 Contact Center Reports?
Objective
Changing the date format which is displayed when running reports from 8x8 Contact Center Reports.

Procedure
- Log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace.
- Select your Profile.
- On the Settings tab, under Personalization, select the desired date format.
- Once the date format has been selected, press Save.
