How do I change the date format for 8x8 Contact Center Reports?

Objective

Changing the date format which is displayed when running reports from 8x8 Contact Center Reports.

  • 8x8 Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Log in to 8x8 Agent Workspace.
  2. Select your Profile.

  3. On the Settings tab, under Personalization, select the desired date format.

  4. Once the date format has been selected, press Save.
