The agent should follow these steps.
- Select Work Offline Status.
- Select the Phone icon.
- Enter the phone number in the box below the line 1 and 2 boxes.
- Click Dial.
- The workplace phone will ring, answer it.
- VCC will dial the outbound call, and the sound of dialling can be heard.
- When answered the destination is connected.
