How to Transfer Chat Interactions to a Different Queue
Objective
Transfer a chat interaction to another queue in 8x8 Contact Center.

Procedure
- Inform the customer that you will be transferring their chat.
- Select Transfer.
- Under Queues, select the appropriate queue.
- Select Transfer.
- On the confirmation message, select Continue.
