How to Transfer Chat Interactions to a Different Queue

Objective

Transfer a chat interaction to another queue in 8x8 Contact Center.

  • 8x8 Contact Center
  • 8x8 Agent Workspace

Procedure

  1. Inform the customer that you will be transferring their chat.
  2. Select Transfer.
  3. Under Queues, select the appropriate queue.
  4. Select Transfer.
  5. On the confirmation message, select Continue.
