Search Tasks Network error Please try again later

Symptom

When searching by a task number in CRM Tasks in the Virtual Contact Center Agent Console, you receive an error that reads, "Network error. Please try again later."

Steps To Reproduce The Error

  1. Log into VCC Agent Console.
  2. Click the Tasks icon, looks like a calendar.
  3. Click Search.
  4. Enter Task Number equals <enter a valid task number>.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Receive a yellow error box, "Network error. Please try again later."

Resolution

Please create a case with 8x8 Technical Support.

Cause

This issue is under investigation.
