How to Obtain Virtual Contact Center Agent Status Changes

To obtain Virtual Contact Center Agent status changes, log in to Virtual Contact Center AGUI, and then go to Menu. Learn full steps here.

How to obtain VCC Agent status changes.

Applies To

  • All Versions of VCC

Procedure

  1. Log into VCC AGUI.
  2. Go to Menu.

  3. Select Report.

  4. Click on New Report.

  5. Go to the Agent section.

  6. Select Status change details.

  7. Click Next.
  8. Set the criteria.

Additional Information

You will need to have Supervisor permissions in an effort to access VCC Reports.
