Creating a Login Time Report for Virtual Contact Center Agents

Objective

To learn how to create a VCC Agents: Login time report.

Applies To

  • Virtual Contact Center
  • Reporting

Procedure

  1. Log into the VCC agent desktop (need to be a supervisor to run reports).
  2. Click Menu.

  3. Click Report.
  4. Go to Historical Reports > Agents.
  5. Select the Login Time report (making sure it is highlighted).

  6. Click Next.
  7. Select the date range, time zone, and selection: selection window (selection window will allow you to choose which agents you would like to run the report on).
  8. If you want to save the report, add a report title, then click Save and Run.

  9. If you do not want to save the report, click Run to start the generation of the report.
