To learn how to create a VCC Agents: Login time report.
- Virtual Contact Center
- Log into the VCC agent desktop (need to be a supervisor to run reports).
- Click Menu.
- Click Report.
- Go to Historical Reports > Agents.
- Select the Login Time report (making sure it is highlighted).
- Click Next.
- Select the date range, time zone, and selection: selection window (selection window will allow you to choose which agents you would like to run the report on).
- If you want to save the report, add a report title, then click Save and Run.
- If you do not want to save the report, click Run to start the generation of the report.
