How to view VCC chat transcripts

Objective

How to view agent's VCC chat transcripts. 

Applies To

VCC Supervisor users. 

Procedure

  1. Login to your VCC supervisor agent interface. 
  2. Click on menu and then the monitoring tab from the dropdown. clipboard_e32222f72fc5e03959ffb0160e73a7a0c.png
  3. Then click on the chat tab to see all chat transactions.
