How Do I Set up a Custom Email Form?


You can customize the support center email form by providing your own HTML document. This document will be added at the end of the Contactual email form. When the form is processed and the case is created, all inputs of the custom form and their value will be written in the description field of the case record.

To Configure

  1. Log into Configuration Manager / Support Center.
  2. Activate Enable Custom Email Form.
  3. Set the field URL for Private Labeling to a valid URL.
Note: The custom email form must be called "customer_email.html" and be right below the given URL.
