In Virtual Contact Center, can I select the Facebook page that gets set up as a social channel if my Facebook account has more than one page?

Answer

No, when setting up a social channel VCC will set up channels for each page of the Facebook account you use during the setup process.

Additional Information

If you are going to have both test and production pages for social channels we recommend using one Facebook account for the test page or pages, and a second account for your production page or pages.
