Legacy URL No Longer Active When Logging In to Virtual Contact Center

Symptom

When attempting to log in to Virtual Contact Center, you receive an error message that reads, "Attention: This legacy URL is no longer active."

Resolution

Ensure you are logging in to the correct URL (See the VCC Platform URL Guide).

Cause

The Mycontactual.com domain name is being retired. Email notifications were sent to affected users.
