Personalize VCC Interaction Notification Sound

Objective

To configure Virtual Contact Center (VCC) Agent interaction sound preferences.

Applies To

  • Agent Settings
  • Sound Preferences

Procedure

  1. Click Menu Profile from the Menu dropdown in the Agent Console.

  2. Select the preferred sound for incoming phone or chat transaction.

  3. Click Save.
