Display the most up-to-date information on created Dashboard widgets within Virtual Contact Center Analytics. Information on VCC Analytics can be found here.

Applies To


  1. Log in to your Analytics Dashboard
  2. Edit a created Dashboard Widget by selecting a Dashboard first
  3. Press the pencil icon to edit
  4. Click on the drop down for Agents
  5. Turn on Sync agents automatically
