Objective

Display the most up-to-date information on created Dashboard widgets within Virtual Contact Center Analytics.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your Analytics Dashboard.
  2. Edit a created Dashboard Widget by selecting a Dashboard.
  3. Press the pencil icon to edit.
  4. Click on the drop down for Agents.
  5. Toggle on Sync agents automatically.
  6. Click Save.
