How to Set a Passcode for a Meeting
Objective
Setting a passcode for an 8x8 Video Meeting. If a meeting has a passcode, all participants must enter the code before being able to join the meeting.

Procedure
A passcode can be added from within a meeting or through Work for Desktop.
In a Meeting
- Log in to Work for Desktop.
- Join a Meeting.
- Once in a meeting, click the information icon.
- Click Add passcode.
- Enter a passcode.
- Click Enter.
The meeting now has a passcode.
In Work for Desktop
- Log in to Work for Desktop.
- Click Settings (gear).
- Click Meetings.
- Navigate to Personal Meeting Space, and click Edit.
- Enter a passcode in the Participants passcode field.
- Click Save.
All meetings held in that space now require that passcode.
Additional Information
Passcode must be between 6 and 8 digits.
