Symptom

After being in a meeting for 6 hours, you hear a system notification saying, "If you’d like to remain in the meeting please press 1".

Applies To

8x8 Video Meetings
Meeting Limit
Dial-In Meeting Participants

Resolution

Press 1 to continue being present in the meeting. If you fail to press 1 at this time, you will be removed from the meeting session. Other participants will continue in the meeting until they hit their own 6-hour limit.

Please Note: This applies ONLY to Dial-In participants. Those joining via 8x8 Work Desktop, 8x8 Work Mobile, or through a Browser Link have no time limit on meeting sessions.
