How do I add filtering for call details records?

Objective

To add filters to the data in Call Details Records. Multiple filters such as branch office, department, caller, callee, and more are available.   

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Analytics
  • Call Detail Records

Procedure

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Analytics.
  2. Under Call Report, select Call Detail Records.
