How do I check Endpoint status in Voice Analytics?

Objective

Checking Endpoint status for extensions in Voice Analytics.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Analytics

Procedure

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Analytics.
  2. Click on Device Report clipboard_e791237d024a246ba1ccaa6ac36253ecb.png on the left-hand side and select Device Status.
  3. You will notice a map on the bottom half the screen under End Point Status Detail. Select the detailed view button on the top right-hand side of this map  clipboard_ebceb8d4d721b58b84215b419f8d9a44a.png.
  4. You will now see a list of extensions along with online status
