How do I check the talk times for my agents?
Objective
To check the talk times for agents.
Applies To
- Analytics for 8x8 Work
Procedure
- Log in to Analytics for 8x8 Work.
- Navigate to Call Report > Extensions Summary.
- Scroll down to the Extensions table view section and click on the Customize Table icon on the right-hand side.
4. In the box that populates, navigate to Talk Time and enable the eye icon to show the column in the extension table view.
5. The column you selected will now be added to the Extensions table view.
Note: The talk time metric totals both inbound and outbound times.
