Filtering data in call details records by multiple parameters such as branch office, department, caller, callee, and more.
Virtual Office Analytics
- Log in to Virtual Office Analytics
- Click on the Phone icon on the left side, and select Call Detail Records
- Set the date, using the calendar icon on the top-right of the screen. (Second icon from the left)
- After setting the date, we can add filters using the Add Filter button.
- From the given options, please select a Filter such as a Phone Number, Name, Status, Direction of call, Branch, or Department.
- After selecting a filter, you should see it show up next to the Add Filter icon.
