How do I change the Time Zone for Call Detail Records?

Objective

Change the time zone that is used when viewing Call Detail Records.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Analytics
  2. Click on the Phone icon on the left side, and select Call Detail Records
  3. Click on the funnel icon in the upper right.

  4. In the Customize Filter pop-up window, select the desired time zone from the dropdown list.

Additional Information

This only changes the time zone for the Call Detail Records portion of Virtual Office Analytics.
