How do I pull up an extension's call report for a specific date?

Objective

To allow you to filter the date of the records that you will need access to.

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Analytics

Procedure

  1. From the Home Screen, hover your pointer over Call Report (handset icon on the left pane). This will show a new selection.                                                   d.png
  2. Click on Extensions Summary. It will show the extensions and their consolidated records of the present day.   
  3. Click on the Calendar Icon on the upper right hand side of the current page.
  4. Select the date of the records that you would like to get.                            b.png  
  5. Click / Look for the extension through the options or you can search for it via the search bar.a2.png
  6. This will give you the Call Summary of the extension for the selected date.
