Call failed on Virtual Office


Calls from Virtual Office Desktop Failed

Applies To

  • Virtual office desktop using Windows 10.


  1. First log in to Virtual Office Desktop
  2. Click the three dot icon
  3. Enusre the microfophone and Speakers are detected on the drop down
  4. Click Windows icon
  5. Click Privacy
  6. Select Microphone
  7. Set Allow apps to access your microphone to Enable then exit.


When Computer's microphone is disabled, both incoming and outgoing calls won't work through Virtual Office Desktop. Even if microphone is detected under settings of Virtual Office Desktop. You need to allow access to microphone on your computer.
