Can't Reset Password Due to Error Your Company Turned off 8x8 Login

Objective

When attempting to reset your Virtual Office password, you receive an error that reads, "Your company turned off 8x8 login."

Applies To

  • Virtual Office Desktop
  • Virtual Office Mobile
  • Virtual Office Configuration Manager users

Procedure 

  1. Log in to Virtual Office Configuration Manager.
  2. Go to Identity Management
  3. Make sure the 8X8 Username and Password option is selected.
  4. Save your changes.
